Orbach Energy — Or-Bach, "the light within." A Torah-rooted energetic practice that gently clears what's in the way and returns you to the Divine light already inside you. It's also made for those with no time to sit in therapy who still long for real inner work — the healing is done on your behalf and delivered as short voice reports. You can even request work for someone you love: surrogate energy therapy, like a tefillah offered on their behalf, in the form of healing.

Right before the world shut down, I married a man with six children — and became their mother, with full custody, overnight. During the pandemic, we had three more. Ten children, a new city, and an entirely new religious life, all within a couple of years. Somewhere in the middle of it, I lost track of who I was.
I needed therapy. I didn't have an hour to spare for it.
